Financial Planning & Analysis - Assistant Manager/Manager

About the firm: Finteger Global, for one of its clients is looking for a full-time Sr. FP&A resource for the client’s FP&A function. The role would report to the Director of FP&A and would involve supporting budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cost control across the organization, which is headquartered in Saudi Arabia. Designation provided will be that of an Assistant Manager or Manager depending on the experience and skillsets of the candidate. Position: Financial Planning and Analysis - Assistant Manager/Manager. Key responsibilities include: • Assist in developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts for the client’s FP&A function. • Support the development of budgeting and forecasting processes, including data analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and business operations. • Provide analytical support to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other financial metrics. • Assist in identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including finance, operations, and executive leadership. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by senior management. The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational company. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion, Oracle, or SAP is an asset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
