Responsibilities: * Perform accounting functions including but not limited to, account reconciliation, variance analysis, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. * Ensure the integrity of financial data through accurate and timely recording and reporting. * Assist with the development and maintenance of internal controls. * Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information. * Prepare and review journal entries. * Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. * Support the budgeting and forecasting process. * Participate in special projects as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience. * Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
