The function: As a financial officer, you are responsible for the financial reporting for the Owners' Association (VvE). On an administrative level, you will be involved in the preparation of financial statements, the processing of financial transactions, and the maintenance of financial records. You will also be responsible for the financial planning and budgeting for the VvE. In addition, you will be involved in the financial analysis and decision-making processes. You will work closely with the management team and other stakeholders to ensure the financial well-being of the VvE. The ideal candidate has a degree in finance or a related field and has experience in financial reporting and financial planning. You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset. You are able to work independently and as part of a team, and you are able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively. You are also able to work in a fast-paced environment and are able to adapt to changing circumstances.
