Financial Manager/Managerka

We are looking for a person interested in further professional development to fill the position of:

Financial Manager/Managerka

Job responsibilities:

• Responsibility for creating and implementing financial strategies for the unit,
• Leading the finance department and accounting,
• Collaboration with the accounting office on personnel and payroll matters,
• Negotiating agreements regarding: period closures, annual financial results, intercompany settlements,
• Managing payments and cooperating with banks,
• Creating cyclical reports and summaries (concerning cash flows, expenses, sales, margins, forecasts, budget, CAPEX),
• Participating in processes optimizing solutions, tools, and systems,
• Collaboration with the central unit of the company in the UK, auditors, tax advisors, insurance brokers, and external institutions.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and finance, gained in a production company environment,
• Lider qualities,
• Very good knowledge of English - a necessary condition,
• A higher economic education,
• Familiarity with the MS Office package (especially Excel), preferably familiarity with the Optima system,
• Readiness to work in a hybrid mode (access to 1 day of remote work per week),
• Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and proactive skills.
