Financial Management Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties: (1)Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis: Interpret and decompose the parent organization's strategic plans into actionable financial goals for the Research Institute. Analyze and interpret the Institute's expense policies and contribute to the development of robust expense management systems. (2)Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit financial reports to the parent organization, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. (3)Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the Research Institute, ensuring alignment with the parent organization's strategic plans. (4)Financial Analysis & Modeling: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance. (5)Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial management efficiency and effectiveness. (6)Financial Governance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial governance and risk management policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
