Job Overview: We are seeking a Channel Business Development Specialist deeply rooted in the Latin American market, responsible for expanding and maintaining our payment partner network in Mexico, Colombia, and other Spanish-speaking regions. You will serve as a key bridge connecting our company with the local market. Core Responsibilities: - Develop and execute channel expansion strategies in Latin America based on company objectives, working with operations to achieve business growth targets. This includes identifying new opportunities for partnerships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful integration of new partners into our network. - Build strong relationships with existing and potential payment partners, fostering trust and understanding through regular communication, site visits, and joint business planning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and increase brand awareness in the target regions. - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and optimize channel performance. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of local market conditions, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances to ensure effective execution of business development initiatives. - Provide regular reporting and insights on channel performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in the payment and financial services sectors.
