Job description
Financial Director
International group of companies with German ownership seeks Financial Director to coordinate financial activities and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Raportări financiare către grup
- Elaborarea și monitorizarea bugetelor companiei
- Analiza și interpretarea datelor financiare pentru a oferi rapoarte precise și recomandări strategice
- Colaborarea strânsă cu alte departamente pentru a asigura conformitatea cu obiectivele financiare
- Gestionarea riscurilor financiare și identificarea oportunităților de creștere
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership position in the financial field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Expertise in accounting, taxation, and budgeting
- Solid linguistic skills in German and/or English
- Higher education in finance or equivalent
- Leadership and strategic thinking abilities
