Financial Director

Director of Finance | Hyatt Inclusive Collection | Cancún

At Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) we are looking for a Director of Finance to join the Executive Committee of one of our resorts in Cancún.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader who combines solid experience in luxury hospitality with the ability to drive results, ensure compliance, and act as a true business partner to the General Manager and the corporate team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and budgeting processes
• Supervise financial information, controls, and regulatory compliance
• Drive cost optimization and profitability strategies
• Ensure alignment with corporate financial standards and policies

The ideal profile includes:

• Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role in large-scale, high-standard luxury hospitality, preferably All Inclusive
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, internal control, auditing, and KPI management
• Solid knowledge of USALI, financial ERPs (Oracle, SAP, or similar), Opera PMS, Excel, and Business Intelligence tools.
• Advanced English to interact with international corporate teams.
• Inspiring leadership, oriented towards talent development, collaboration, and strategic decision-making.
