Aufgaben

Your Tasks

📊 Reporting & Analyses

• Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (HGB/IFRS)
• Analyzing financial data including plausibility and data quality checks
• Developing and automating reporting processes
• Creating ad-hoc analyses and economic calculations
• Conducting Soll-Ist-Vergleichen and deriving measures
• Participating in budget planning and forecasting
• Presentation of key figures and presentations for management
• Identifying optimization potential in processes and tools

🤝 Collaboration

• Tight collaboration with EMEA teams and the Shared Service Center
• Participation in national and international projects
• Contact person (m/w/d) for controlling-related questions

📈 Monitoring

• Ensuring compliance with company-wide guidelines and standards

Qualification

Your Profile

🎓 Educational & Professional Experience

• Studies in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or comparable
  alternatively vocational training with corresponding further education
• Ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in controlling

🧠 Fachliche & persönliche Kompetenzen

• Outstanding analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel/Power-BI and experience with SAP
• Fundamental understanding of accounting and controlling processes
• Able to analyze and interpret large data sets
• Structured work style and high accuracy and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills and initiative
• Very good time management
• Fluent German and English skills
