Financial Controller & Reporting Specialist - Milano Corvetto

Page Personnel La risorsa, a diretto riporto della Controlling Coordinator di divisione, will have the objective of ensuring correct accounting, reporting, and support for budgeting and forecasting processes of companies within the perimeter. Main responsibilities: - Management of monthly reporting package for BU companies and related consolidation; - Support in drafting the economic, financial, and business plan budget; - Analysis of deviations through price-volume-mix analysis tools; - Preparation of documentation to support management control in accordance with group policies; - Monthly monitoring of labor costs per company; - Support in evaluating investment initiatives; - Elaboration of ad hoc business cases and documentation for quarterly market communication. Ideal profile: - Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering Management; - Previous experience of 2-3 years in management control, preferably in multi-company or auditing contexts; - Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI; familiarity with JD Edwards is welcome; - Good knowledge of the English language; - Synthesis capacity, entrepreneurial spirit, and predisposition to work towards objectives; - Availability for short trips (approximately 20-30% of time) on national territory.
