Financial Controller (m/w/d)

The company is one of the established players in its segment in Germany and is responsible for managing extensive asset portfolios. Present at various central locations, the performance spectrum covers not only the operational accompaniment of complex projects but also strategic decision-making processes, investment analyses, and support for purchase and sale processes.

Tasks

• Sole responsibility for controlling and analyzing periodic financial statements
• Planning, coordination, and further development of budgeting-, forecasting-, and multi-year planning processes
• Analyzing financial developments and identifying opportunities and risks
• Presentation of decision-relevant evaluations and reports to management
• Creating economic analyses and investment assessments
• Active participation in strategic projects and business-related questions
• Ongoing improvement of controlling instruments and internal processes

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in economics with a focus on finance or controlling
• Fundamental professional experience in financial or corporate controlling
• Very good understanding of accounting standards and planning logics
• Outstanding analytical thinking and high numerical competence
