Tasks

Your tasks: Confident management of complex financial projects

In this role within our finance department, you will be responsible for providing transparent, reliable, and decision-relevant financial and performance reports for management and specialist departments. You will support company management through analyses and variance assessments.

• Monthly and Annual Financial Statements: Support in the preparation of monthly and annual closing reports, including reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and their booking.
• Commission Calculations: Preparation of monthly commission calculations.
• Power BI Dashboards: Development, maintenance, and further development of Power BI dashboards.

Cost Center and Account Management: Responsibility for cost center and account management, as well as appropriate cost accounting and verification of accounting assignment.

• Inventory Management: Reporting of warehouse key figures including monitoring, valuation, and variance analysis.
• Controlling Processes: Further development of existing controlling processes, as well as automation and digitalization of operational reports.
• Liquidity Planning

Taking over Cost Accounting: Initiation of release processes and account assignment, as well as booking of incoming invoices.

Qualifications

Your Profile: Experienced strategist with certification

You are a seasoned project professional who remains calm even in critical phases and impresses with professional and personal competence.

Professional Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or university degree in Finance & Controlling.
• Proficient in using DATEV, Excel, and Power BI.
• SAP knowledge desirable.

• Financial Aptitude: You have a high affinity for numbers and a strong analytical mindset.
• Communication Skills: You can clearly structure complex issues and communicate them effectively to the target audience.
• Work Style: You possess organizational talent and are characterized by your structured, precise, reliable, and independent way of working. A high degree of personal responsibility rounds off your profile.
• Language Skills: Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
