Your Tasks

• You are responsible for operational controlling, including reporting, regular meetings, and ad-hoc analyses.
• You create insightful analyses and reports and lead to concrete recommendations.
• You analyze relevant KPIs and support the further development of existing reporting and controlling structures.
• You support various departments in data-based decision-making and business-related questions.
• You create budgets and forecasts and continuously develop existing reporting and controlling processes.
• You analyze deviations, identify optimization potential, and support the derivation of suitable measures.
• You support monthly closings as well as preparing relevant financial and control key figures.
• You work closely with Finance, BI, and other departments together and supports controlling-related projects.

Your Profile

• You have a completed degree in economics, controlling, finance, business informatics or a comparable qualification.
• You bring strong business understanding and understand business processes, numbers, and key figures.
• You have good technical knowledge of databases as well as experience with SQL and BI tools.
• Ideal would be to have basic knowledge in accounting or financial services.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You convince through self-initiative, creativity, and independent working style.
• You communicate clearly and work well with different stakeholders together.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
