Financial Controller LATAM

This position will lead the finance function of Latam as it is part of the Global Accounting & Control organization, and the position responsibilities include: Manage and lead the Accounting and Controlling function, including the implementation of consistent and effective business processes that enhance the Share Service Centers Provide primary coordination for activities and alignment between Finance, Accounting and Controllership, Tax, Treasury, SSC, AP, AR and other areas Provide financial guidance and support to the LATAM region, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards and policies Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local management, regional finance teams, and external partners Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly close process, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Collaborate with the Global Accounting & Control organization to ensure alignment of LATAM's financial processes and systems with global standards and best practices Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue enhancements Develop and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement within the finance function Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies Provide financial expertise to support business decisions and strategic planning
