Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller - someone who will be responsible for budgeting and internal control processes. If you like creating financial models and effective processes - maybe we're looking for just the right person!

As a Financial Controller, you will:

• be responsible for budgeting and updating financial forecasts
• monitor budget realization and report deviations
• define and monitor business KPIs to control company situation in real-time
• provide information on current and monthly financial results
• create financial models and analyses for new initiatives
• ensure internal control and prepare reports from control (verify process progress and document accuracy, ensure proper document flow)

Apply if:

• have at least 3 years of experience in controlling, on a standalone position related to financial controlling
• can extract non-obvious conclusions from financial reports and indicate potential directions for action based on available data
• have experience in creating budgets and being responsible for monitoring their realization
• have experience in building financial models and analyzing project profitability
• know accounting principles, financial and corporate finance principles
• are familiar with Excel (can create pivot tables, formatting, formulas, and manage access to sheets)
• are able to communicate easily with various company departments to convey and collect necessary information
• are a precise and meticulous person - care about data accuracy and logic
• know English at a level that allows work with documentation
• can create, verify, and improve company procedures
