Financial Controller (H/F)

Manpower   For our client based in Geneva, we are actively seeking a Financial Controller (H/F) at 100%   Your mission: Attached to the Director of Finance and Administration, you will animate alone, with great autonomy, the financial control. Thus, you will interact closely with the Accounting department as well as with all department directors. Your main missions are as follows: ? Prepare and present financial reports, various reportings and dashboards for the finance direction, ? Analyze financial performance and propose corrective actions, ? Respond to ad-hoc analysis needs for management, ? Animate budgetary processes for internal and prospective reporting, ? Ensure project financial tracking and investments, ? Maintain and develop the internal cost allocation system, ? Participate in different transformation and continuous improvement projects aiming at optimizing resources and excellence of service rendered: analytical accounting improvement, dematerialization, development of a budgeting tool.   Your profile: With a higher education degree in economics and business management (HES, HEG, HEC or equivalent), you can attest to several years of professional experience successfully in the financial and accounting domain and have already held a role as Financial Controller with success. You master IPSAS or IFRS standards. You are proactive and rigorous and will be a real support for initiatives aiming at efficiency gains and quality. Additionally, you demonstrate great listening skills and excellent analysis, synthesis, and communication abilities. You are able to work autonomously and lead projects with an approach to project management, quickly grasp needs and maintain your pace to achieve objectives. You express yourself perfectly in French, both orally and in writing, and can present your work during committee meetings and write complex reports. Your relational qualities are recognized and make you a true partner of trust. You have excellent technical skills on Excel and are used to working with an ERP. You have developed a genuine interest in project management and change leadership.
