Backed by the private equity firm Seven2, Illuin has entered a phase of investment and strong growth since the beginning of the year. In this context of acceleration, the Group is recruiting a Financial Controller to structure and assert the Finance function as a true partner for performance and decision-making.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be part of the Finance team. With the aim of becoming the CFO's right-hand person on economic steering topics, you will evolve in a dynamic and agile environment within a structuring context where you will need to demonstrate versatility and be proactive in contributing to a wide range of missions such as:

• Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Participation in monthly closings in liaison with operational teams and the accounting expert;

  • Production of financial reports, supporting documents, and analyses for the Group's operational teams, executives, and investors;

  • Development and coordination of the activity's budgets and forecasts;

  • Construction and proposal of new monitoring indicators and dashboards to ensure reliable activity steering and decision-making;

  • Structuring of processes and participation in Illuin's operational steering committees, whose hybrid activity (intellectual services and product) offers a wide range of financial topics: progress-based accounting, activity rate, project & client profitability, ROI of Sales & Marketing investments, monitoring and valuation of Research Tax Credit (CIR)...

• Financial Business Partner for all company stakeholders

  • Be the key contact person for Leads and operational (mission lead, cluster lead) and transversal teams (Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.) on profitability and steering topics;

  • Participation in strategy development and continuous improvement of Sales and Delivery team operations (pricing, contracting, staffing, cash collection, etc.)

  • Raise awareness among non-financial teams about management challenges (margin culture, billing discipline, recruitment monitoring)

• Data & Process Owner

  • Development and documentation of all the Group's financial processes and tools in a growth context with the prospect of integrating new entities;

  • Implementation and enhancement of deliverables (dashboards, reports, tools) to support decision-making. Finance is responsible for data quality, enabling informed decision-making.

Varied ad-hoc missions of analysis and audit depending on the requests and decisions of the Group's management and investors (M&A, subsidiary openings, financing operations, tool deployment...)

Profile Sought

This is a role with growth potential, both due to the Group's expansion and ambition, and the variety of projects encountered, allowing for individual preferences to be expressed.

• Graduate of a top business school or a Master's degree specializing in Corporate Finance (Management Control, Audit, etc.),

• Solid initial experience in Finance within a financial department or in a consulting/audit firm,

• Knowledge and curiosity appreciated regarding automation tools, AI applied to Finance, and data processing,

• Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

We are looking for an autonomous and proactive profile demonstrating great rigor. You will need to show curiosity, versatility, and adaptability to handle multiple ongoing topics requiring a critical perspective.
