Financial Controller

Peanutbutter and Jelly Private Limited (About Get-A-Whey), a subsidiary of Heritage Foods Limited, is engaged in curating & retailing healthy desserts, primarily protein Ice Creams, Keto Desserts, Vegan Ice Pops, Low Cal Kulfis and other food products through e-commerce and q-commerce platforms and retail chain stores in India under the brand name “Get-A-Way” (GAW). Get-A-Way is a fast-growing D2C ice cream company dedicated to crafting premium products with a focus on innovation and sustainability. We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for various departments, including sales, marketing, operations, and administration. • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in financial management.
