Job Title and Role Purpose: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER The ideal Financial Controller has strong financial preparation and knows how to apply it to operational dynamics in logistics. The role requires the ability to translate operational data into financial analysis, supporting management in strategic decisions to optimize costs and maximize supply chain profitability. Organizational Chart: • The figure will be inserted in the Finance Area. Main Responsibilities: • Management of monthly closures and analysis of deviations from budget; • Analysis of profitability and monitoring of margins; • Preparation of annual budget and periodic forecasts; • Monitoring of revenue, ongoing work, and production; • Preparation of reports and ad hoc analyses for management; • Analysis of data for monitoring of company KPIs. Technical Skills (Hard Skills): • Bachelor's degree in Economics; • At least 2 years of experience as Financial Controller; • Excellent knowledge of general and analytical accounting; • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; • Competence in analyzing cash flows and profitability; • Familiarity with Board or other Business Intelligence systems; • Excellent mastery of the Office Package, particularly Excel; • A plus: knowledge of specific costs in the logistics sector (transportation, warehouse, operational, and IT) and related KPIs. Personal Skills (Soft Skills): • Ability to analyze large data sets to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions; • Attention to detail and precision; • Excellent communication skills to present results to a non-financial audience; • Ability to work in a team; • Flexibility, adaptability to change, and stress management; • Integrity and confidentiality.
