FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:

• Takes part in the preparation of the budgets/estimates. Monitors realization and identifies deviations, investigates causes and assesses impact on the company’s performance;
• Monitors various KPIs, suggests improvements and evaluates possible risks in achieving the company’s financial targets;
• Prepares regular and ad-hoc management reporting on the company’s financial and operational performance, participates in the continuous improvement of the reporting process;
• Monitors and intervenes when necessary to ensure the highest level of data quality in all of the company’s databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration,
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in controlling/financial analysis (experience in accounting and/or audit is a plus),
