Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, compliance with regulations, and supports strategic decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations (AR, AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets). Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards. Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data. Collaborate with management to develop and implement budgeting processes. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to accounting staff on financial reporting and internal controls.
