Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Controller to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico and oversee the financial operations of our company's operations in the region. As the Accounting Controller, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting, local tax, and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth in Mexico. This role will be located in Tijuana. Key Responsibilities: Managing the end-to-end accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger; Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and filing requirements; Providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and decision-making; Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial plans and budgets; Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational company; Strong understanding of local tax laws and regulations; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting software is an asset.
