Tasks

• Analysis of financial data and economic key figures
• Preparation of financial reports and budget plans
• Development and implementation of financial strategies to optimize revenue, costs, and profitability
• Counseling customers on financial strategies in the areas of liquidity planning, provision, financing, and investment decisions
• Conducting economic and risk analyses
• Preliminary preparation and presentation of results and recommendations for customers and management
• Optimization and digitalization of financial and reporting processes
• Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners and customers

Qualification

• Interest in finance, economics, and corporate consulting
• Career changers welcome – a commercial education or first experience in the office sector are advantageous
• Analytical thinking and good understanding of numbers
• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Learner's willingness and motivation for professional and personal development
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills and professional appearance
• Teamwork ability as well as high customer orientation
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
