Financial Commercial Analyst – FMCG Retail - Cape Town

Responsible for working with various departments in organization and assisting with day-to-day queries, analysis on sales/profitability, providing support as well as producing information to enable management to make key decisions. Responsible for elements of the month end process, budget process, and financial forecasting. Key Responsibilities Review the forecast monthly by brand, channel and customer in collaboration with sales leaders and supply chain & planning; Support the Finance Manager in ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and up-to-date; Provide insights and recommendations to management on business performance and opportunities for improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may impact the organization's financial performance.
