Type of position : Full-Time Employment Work Mode : Hybrid Job Title: Finance Associate Analyst Location of the position: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico Job Description Finance and accounting knowledge (preferably in tax services, treasury and/or FPP&A) Interest and knowledge of the market for the optimization of finance and accounting services using technology solutions, optimal operating models, automation opportunities as well as industry leading tools and solutions supporting finance and accounting processes. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions, understanding of financial markets and trends, ability to work in a team environment, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, adaptability, flexibility, willingness to learn and grow with the company.
