Financial and Personnel Leader (m/f/d) 80% - 100%

Tasks: Lead the complete financial accounting (main and subsidiary books for three stock corporations and one foundation) - Lead the entire personnel administration from entry to exit and payroll accounting for approximately 80 employees - Create revision-ready annual financial statements (OR) and VAT returns - Provide technical and personal leadership for two team members - Manage company-owned properties - Develop and maintain a business accounting / cost center accounting system - Participate in planning and budgeting process - Take over specific projects in the finance and personnel department (IT, ERP, etc.) - Support contract management and insurance portfolio. Profile: Established, conscientious, and service-oriented personality - Commercial education with higher education or training in finance or trust services - Funded professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing company, trading company, or trust company - Operational working style with conceptual thinking - Experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting - Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Domus, as well as IT affinity to accompany projects - Entrepreneurial thinking, loyalty, and team orientation - Independent, discreet, precise, and binding work style.
