Financial and Operations Analyst

We are seeking a talented Financial & Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Milan. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless execution and sustainable growth. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who is able to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business decision-making; • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform strategic planning; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives; • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, and develop implementation plans; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; • 3+ years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
