Financial Analyst

Title of the position: Financial Analyst Location: Jagiroad, Assam About The Business Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components. Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance analog devices. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts • Analyzing financial data and identifying trends and opportunities • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and strategic initiatives • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate should have: • A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
