Job description
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹10 – ₹12 LPA
Experience Required: 4–6 years (varies based on qualifications)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Analyst to join our team in Raipur. The ideal candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial planning to support decision-making and long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Analyze current and past financial data and performance to prepare reports and projections based on this analysis

Develop financial models, dashboards, and business metrics to support strategic initiatives

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across departments

Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions

Conduct cost analysis and suggest improvements to optimize expenditures

Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting

Prepare reports for senior management, investors, and stakeholders

Support business planning by assessing profitability, ROI, and risk

Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
