Financial Analyst

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team at HumanBest. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, classifying, and verifying financial transactions, as well as providing accurate financial reports that support the company's financial health. Your work will be essential in ensuring that all accounting records are complete and compliant with fiscal and accounting regulations.

You will also work closely with other departments to ensure that information is managed coherently and efficiently. The Financial Analyst will also have the responsibility of helping with audit processes and continuously improving our accounting processes.

• Basic knowledge of taxes
• Preparation of financial statements
• Daily operations records
• Payroll provision
• Payroll payment (no calculation)
• Provisional payment records
• Balancesheet
• Balancesheet reconciliation
• Filling out work papers, tax calculations, and presenting them to the SAT

Requirements

• Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in financial analysis and taxes.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and relevant regulations.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication skills for working in a collaborative environment.
