Financial Analyst

Job Description What's the Job? We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team at Dexterra Group. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, this role supports our financial reporting group and various corporate departments. You’ll work closely with our accounting and operations teams to help forecast, analyze, and report financial results. What You’ll Be Doing Help prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A. Handle month-end entries and accruals based on financial transactions. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Provide support to various corporate departments for their financial reporting needs. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and senior management. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting software is an asset.
