Financial Analyst Corporate Finance (m/w/d) – Full-time | Munich | Homeoffice-Möglichkeit

We are looking for you to fill the position of „Financial Analyst Corporate Finance (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• You create business plans and company planning, and develop economic concepts for new business fields
• As a contact person, you analyze market-, competition- and industry developments and derive well-founded recommendations
• In addition, you conduct company valuations and develop tailored financing and investment concepts
• You accompany purchase and sale processes, prepare decision-making documents, and support negotiations
• In addition, you develop and optimize planning tools and work on cross-sectional projects in the Corporate Finance field

Qualification

• The foundation is a completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting, corporate finance, finance or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you bring relevant professional experience as a Corporate Finance Manager (m/w/d), Financial Analyst (m/w/d), Controller (m/w/d) or Management Consultant (m/w/d) with a focus on company valuation or M&A
• You have in-depth knowledge of the areas of company valuation, financial planning, business planning and corporate finance
• In addition, very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are required
• Important is an analytical and structured working style, communication and negotiation skills as well as secure German language skills
