Job Overview A confident, driven and opportunistic individual is required to offer financial solutions and benefits to clients and in ultimately growing the business. This position entails effectively analyzing a client’s needs to provide advice on suitable solutions from a predefined package of benefits. Job Objectives: To manage the long-term relationship between Liberty@Work and the client, not only to meet the clients’ evolving needs but also to position Liberty as the market leader and enhance its brand. To retain clients by delivering exceptional service and offering innovative solutions. To acquire new business through networking and referrals. Key Responsibilities: Provide financial advice to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Achieve sales targets. Stay up-to-date with financial products and regulations. Conduct client needs analyses. Prepare and present financial plans. Provide ongoing client support. Requirements: Relevant qualification (e.g., Degree/Diploma in Finance, Economics or related field). Regulatory Examination (RE5). Proven track record of sales success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of financial products and services.
