What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver personalised investment and financial advice aligned with client life stages and goals
- Conduct regular reviews and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes
- Cultivate new client relationships through referrals, partnerships, and local networks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Contribute to business planning and regional initiatives
- Leverage technology and in-house support to enhance client experience
- Level 5 NZ Certificate in Financial Services – Investment strand (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or similar client-facing financial role
- Demonstrated ability to operate within DIMS frameworks
- Confidence to produce tailored advice and build trust with clients
- A proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to professional growth
- A portfolio of engaged clients ready for you to support and expand
- A collaborative, down-to-earth team who maintain a culture of integrity and wellbeing
- Strong brand presence and referral networks to help you generate new business
