Your tasks: Balancing accounts and clarifying open items
Preparation and execution of payment transactions
Monitoring payment deadlines and debt collection
Creation and booking of outgoing invoices
Monitoring incoming payments and executing debt collection
Conducting creditworthiness tests
Recording and booking of incoming invoices

You bring with you: Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in creditor and debtor accounting
In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping software (e.g. SAP, DATEV)
Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
Meticulous and structured working method
Teamwork and communication strength
Secure handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
