FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - NORTHERN SUBURBS, CPT This position plays a key role in supporting the finance function with accurate reporting, compliance, and analysis. The successful candidate will assist across monthly reporting, audits, budgeting, and cost management while ensuring financial processes remain efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Key Responsibilities Monthly Reporting & Analysis Compile monthly reporting packs for head office and provide input for Exco meeting reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conduct analysis and provide insights on financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Compliance & Audits Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide input for audit meetings. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Budgeting & Cost Management Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide input for budget meetings. Ensure cost management processes are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Financial Processes & Systems Ensure financial processes and systems are efficient, compliant, and well-documented. Assist in the implementation of new financial systems and processes. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
