Financial Accountant (m/w/d) Part-time (30 hours a week)

You want to manage finances not just, but actively shape and move forward?

Who says numbers have to be boring? You can expect an exciting and varied daily routine in accounting: From debtor and creditor bookkeeping to bank transactions, credit insurance support, and assistance with closings. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners and bring improvements to processes and automation forward.

Your Tasks

• Taking over the operational daily routine in accounting
• Independent processing of debtor and creditor bookkeeping
• Carrying out and coordinating bank transactions and payment traffic
• Caring for and steering topics around credit insurance
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Point of contact for departments and external service providers and partners
• Collaboration on special projects, such as automation and cross-sectional process optimization

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification; IHK further education is welcome
• Multiple years of experience in accounting, particularly in debtor/creditor bookkeeping and payment traffic
• Safe and routine handling of common ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage
• Familiarity with MS Office; first experiences with BI tools like Power BI are a plus
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor in internal and external exchange
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
