Your tasks: Debitors', creditors' and assets accounting
Billing of incoming and outgoing invoices
Accounting for company accounts within the quarterly closures
Processing of payment transactions and booking of bank statements
In charge of cash register and credit card settlements
Reporting of value-added tax and submission of ZM report
IC adjustments with consortium companies
Liquidation and claims management (reminder process)
Taking over payroll data and executing payments
Creating reports and reports, etc. Cost centers
Analysis and optimization of FiBu processes
Preliminary work and participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
Statistical reports, etc. Federal Statistical Office, Bundesbank, and evaluation of creditworthiness from business information files
Preparation of value-added tax advance, ZM, and participation in intrastate report
Credit card applications and settlements





Your profile: Completed commercial training with possibly additional training as a financial accountant, financial manager, tax consultant or balance sheet accountant
Fundamental knowledge of accounting
Very good knowledge of an ERP system, e.g. DATEV
Basic English skills
Independent and solution-oriented working style, team and motivational ability, and high sense of responsibility
