You will take over the accounting of several Swiss companies and work closely with international locations. Tasks - You will lead the financial and subsidiary accounting of several Swiss companies. - You will prepare monthly and annual statements and keep all deadlines relaxed. - You will support accounts receivable and payable accounting and take over cash management. - You will lead asset accounting and keep investments and depreciation in mind. - You will issue invoices for services and art transactions. - You will monitor inventory accounting and ensure accurate representation of stock levels. - You will prepare MWST statements and submit them on time. - You will manage the French subsidiary company together with the local trustee. - You will prepare evaluations and analyses for internal stakeholders. - You will participate in projects around finance and process optimization (including Microsoft D365). - You will coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure that everything fits smoothly. Profile - You have a commercial education EFZ. - You possess a Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen ? completed or shortly before completion. - You bring at least five years of relevant professional experience and are confident in your OR skills. - You feel comfortable in an international environment, especially if you like a hint of startup vibes. - You think entrepreneurially and take responsibility gladly. - You pack with a hands-on mentality and are ready to attend meetings across different time zones (USA, Shanghai, Zurich). - You master Excel at a very high level ? it is one of your most important tools. - You are skilled in dealing with modern IT systems and digital processes (e.g. Microsoft D365 / ERP). - You communicate securely in English and German in word and writing; additional languages such as French, Spanish or Italian are a plus. - You work independently, efficiently, and gladly in a dynamic environment ? and bring a positive, relaxed attitude to the team.
