As Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ongoing accounting and ensure reliable financial data. Ideally, you bring first experiences or interest in Data Analytics and/or Controlling with you. The position is initially to be filled for 18 months - full-time or part-time.

Aufgaben

Financial Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Control, recording, and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices (CRM & DATEV)
• Management and booking of banks
• Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of the reminder process
• Creditor and debtor accounting
• Active participation in monthly and annual closing
• Development of automations in financial reporting processes
• Contact person for internal departments and external partners on accounting-related issues

Qualifikation

You bring this with you

• Degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting, controlling, or data analysis
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Very good MS-Excel skills (Pivot, complex formulas)
• Basic understanding of database queries (SQL from an advantage)
• Fluent German language skills at least B2 level, good English language skills

Nice-to-have

• Knowledge in DATEV and/or a CRM system (e.g. MS Dynamics 365)
• Support in controlling, particularly liquidity planning and budget forecasting
• Participation in the preparation of the annual financial plan
• Experience with data modeling tools, ideally Microsoft Power BI
• Presentation and maintenance of current KPIs
