Finance/IT Analyst Process Improvement
Job description
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting-Finance, Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related field.
✨Mandatory: Intermediate/advanced English
Strong understanding of financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle R12/Cloud, SAP) or similar financial systems.
AI certification or AI-related knowledge (PLUS)
Location: Mexico City – Polanco
About the job:
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams across LATAM, serving as the key liaison between Finance operations and IT to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
- Provide functional support and timely resolution of user incidents and tickets related to Oracle and financial business applications.
- Support month-end close activities and ensure continuity of critical finance processes.
- Troubleshoot issues impacting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and other financial modules.
- Assist with application testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and documentation efforts.
- Monitor system performance and support operational excellence across financial applications.
- Gather business requirements, analyze issues, and recommend process optimization opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure effective system utilization and strong customer service support.
