Job description
We are currently looking for a Finance Team Leader for one of our clients active in the fashion industry and located in the peripheries of Brussels. Though an SME, the company has a strong international footprint, with subsidiaries all across Asia & Africa. With currently 30 people active in Belgian's offices, the company maintains a flat management where hierarchy and control do not belong. With a flat management structure and a collaborative culture, every employee is involved in decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and manage a team of finance professionals, ensuring that financial goals are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
