Finance Systems & Process Improvement Specialist - Fixed-Term

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about making finance systems and processes run better. This role sits within Finance & Procurement and will see you leading projects that deliver genuine business benefits – from streamlining day-to-day operations to introducing smarter tools and automation.

You’ll be a key player in shaping how finance works across the organisation, with a particular focus on TechnologyOne (Ci Anywhere). Working alongside colleagues in Finance, IT and Procurement, you’ll help embed improvements, lift capability, and influence change that sticks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Reviewing finance processes and systems to spot opportunities for improvement.
• Leading system and process changes, particularly around TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere.
• Rolling out automation and efficiency initiatives across finance operations.
• Documenting processes and delivering training to build knowledge and capability.
• Running workshops and providing specialist advice to resolve critical issues.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the wider team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in finance process and systems improvement roles.
• Strong background in TechnologyOne Ci Anywhere / FMIS implementation.
• 5+ years in risk management, systems implementation or finance transformation.
• Confident influencing stakeholders and managing change.
• Analytical and pragmatic, with a track record of delivering results.
