Finance Systems Lead | Permanent Contract – | Luxembourg (North)

Job Description
Within the Financial Department of a rapidly expanding international group, you will hold a strategic coordination role between the Finance, Management Control, and IT teams.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the functional reference for financial systems. You will actively contribute to the reliability, optimization, and evolution of the group's ERP, in a multi-entity and constantly transforming context.

Your future responsibilities;

* Financial Systems Management
• Be the primary point of contact for Finance users (functional support, incident analysis and resolution).
• Ensure functional configuration of the ERP and access management.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
• Organize, execute, and validate functional tests before production deployment.
• Guarantee system continuity and reliability, especially during critical periods or production deployments.

* Growth and Integration of New Entities
• Prepare and coordinate the integration of new companies (structures, chart of accounts, vendors, fixed assets, cost centers, users).
• Supervise data imports (excluding transactional history).
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting Department.

* Reporting & Business Intelligence
• Gather and analyze the needs of the Finance and Management Control teams.
• Coordinate BI developments with external partners (Qlik environment).
• Test, validate, and ensure the reliability of financial reports and dashboards.

* ERP Projects & Evolutions
• Contribute to migrations, upgrades, and structuring projects related to financial systems.
• Anticipate functional impacts and secure existing processes.
• Communicate proactively with IT and Finance teams in case of functional evolutions or constraints.


ProfileEducation & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Information Systems, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Finance ERP environment (ERP consultant, senior key user, financial systems coordinator, etc.).
Skills
• Solid mastery of accounting and financial processes: general accounting, VAT, fixed assets, local statutory obligations.
• Proven experience with a financial ERP (Odoo is a plus).
• Proficiency with data imports, advanced Excel, and CSV files.
• Experience in a multi-company/group environment.
Languages
• French and English required at a professional level (B2/C1).
• Dutch is a plus.
