Finance Supervisor – Bank Reconciliation NOAM

Are you an accountant with experience in bank reconciliations and general accounting? Do you have advanced English and can communicate fluently with international teams? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for a NOAM Supervisor Accounting Bank Reconciliation to lead the team responsible for bank reconciliations across the NOAM region . What you’ll do: Supervise and validate reconciliations between the system and the point of sale, ensuring the team properly addresses discrepancies, performing quality control checks on all reconciliations. Ensure that all discrepancies are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams, operations teams, and management. Provide guidance and support to the team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
