Job Title: Finance Sr. Manager Experience: 8 Years Industry: Events, MICE & Venues Qualification: Mandatory – Chartered Accountant (CA) Position Objective To lead the finance function for Events, MICE & Venues business, driving profitable growth, financial discipline, and robust governance across departments and large-scale event operations, while ensuring compliance, liquidity, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Performance Define and execute short-, medium- and long-term financial strategies to drive profitable growth, improve financial performance, and ensure alignment with the company's overall objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize financial outcomes. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management and stakeholders. Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial planning and analysis framework to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Financial Governance Establish and maintain robust financial governance processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and auditability across all financial transactions and activities. Oversee the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance. Financial Reporting & Compliance Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management, board members, and external auditors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls. Manage and resolve any audit findings or issues related to financial reporting. Leadership & Collaboration Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior leadership, department heads, and team members. Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize financial outcomes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
