Role
Nextalia SGR S.p.A is looking for an Administration & Finance Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Operational accounting of the holding company;
- Management of personal assets: monitoring movements, reconciliation of bank statements, liquidity management;
- Real estate assets: IMU and other taxes, condominium administration, management of lease agreements, archive of deeds and cadastral documentation;
- Movable assets: administrative management, insurance, taxes, relationships with suppliers;
- Personal tax compliance: collection of documentation for income tax returns, F24 deadlines;
- Management of insurance policies and recurring contracts;
- General document archive;
Requirements
- Degree in Economics or equivalent qualification;
- 4-6 years of experience in administrative-accounting roles gained at Professional Firms, Audit Firms, or Real Estate companies;
- Proficiency in the use of main ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills complete the profile.
Workplace: Milan (on-site)
Salary range: €40,000.00 - €45,000.00 per annum
