Your mission as Finance Specialist (m/w/d):
Mit your expertise and passion for numbers, you ensure that our financial and controlling processes run at the highest level. You are the driving force behind reliable processes, precise monthly and annual statements, and the analysis of our unit economics. This creates the foundation for strategic decisions and contributes to securing our sustainable growth.

Aufgaben

• Accounting and -dispatch (Incoming invoices), maintenance of master data
• Monitoring open items (Debtors), debt collection including escalation
• Processing of mailboxes to clarify customer inquiries, differences, and complaints
• Assignment of incoming and outgoing documents
• Preliminary preparation of payment approvals and coordination of open points
• Close cooperation with external accounting/consulting (e.g. monthly statements, document provision)
• Creation and maintenance of a lean, monthly reporting (e.g. OP lists, sales, cost overview, simple should-be-is comparisons)
• Support in maintaining the Liquidity overview and cash flow overview
• Dokumentation and continuous improvement of simple Finance processes and standards

Qualification

Professionally

• 1-3 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or accounting
• Safe handling of numbers, evaluations, and budgets
• Very good Excel skills; experience with common accounting/ERP systems is an advantage
• Basic understanding of business economic connections
• First experience in cooperation with tax consultants/accountants: desirable
