Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Finance Specialist who'll join our talented FinanceTeam and support us in all finance-related topics, from invoicing and simple accounting to working with finance systems and process automation.

What you’ll do:

You will be supporting the finance team with important daily tasks and end-of-month work. Your job will include:

    • Creating analysis reports: Create accurate financial reports (like expense reports and budget comparisons) for the team.
    • Updating and maintaining financial spreadsheets: Keep financial spreadsheets up-to-date, using advanced Excel skills to track costs and help with future planning.
    • Issuing invoices to clients: Prepare and send accurate sales invoices to clients, making sure they follow our contracts and financial rules.
    • Processing and verifying suppliers' invoices: Manage all aspects of supplier invoices, checking, categorizing, and processing them correctly.
    • Ensuring all payments are on time: Manage and ensure the timely settlement of all payments with contractors and clients.
    • Supporting the team with month-closing activities: Assist the Head of Finance with month-end closing, focusing on cost confirmation, monthly budget verification, and reconciling bank statements against internal records.

    Requirements

    What you need:

    To be a great fit for this role, you must meet these requirements:

    • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
    • Advanced Excel proficiency.
    • 1-2 years of previous work experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar job.
    • Excellent Polish language skills (C1 level) and good, communicative English (B2 level).
    • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
    Bonus Points (Nice to have):

    It would be a plus if you also had:

    • Previous experience working in the IT industry.
    • An interest in new trends, technologies, and solutions in finance or economics.

    Salary:

    B2B: 7 000 - 10 000 PLN netto + VAT

    UoP: 5 810 - 8 300 PLN gross
