Finance Specialist - Aeon Search Consulting

Singapore | Permanent Our client, an e-payment solutions provider is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, controls, compliance, and digital finance initiatives. This role reports directly to Senior Finance leadership and plays a key role in strengthening governance and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with FRS Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Ensure G&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and other financial processes are properly controlled and compliant with relevant regulations. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and digital solutions to enhance financial reporting and analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the e-payment or fintech industry Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles, including FRS and IFRS Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company
